Beth Hearn has been a Financial Advisor for over 35 years. Beth has built her practice helping people cope with challenging life events. Whether it is a death in the family, divorce, illness, an unplanned career change, or adjusting to the uncertainty of retirement, Beth’s goal is to provide “calm in the storm”.
As a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner, Beth is committed to providing sound advice within the CFP Board of Standards framework which includes, but is not limited to:
- Clarification of goals and objectives after analysis of current personal financial position.
- Identification of potential areas of risk and identification of the appropriate tools to manage them i.e. life, disability, long term care, or Medicare supplement insurance.
- Review of income tax implications of current and/or future financial decisions.
- Investment management through proper diversification and asset allocation* utilizing tools designed to help minimize risk and maximize return.
- Strategies for specific goals such as Education or Retirement funding whether it be an employee benefit or self-funded.
- Developing proper estate planning strategies as a team member along with other trusted advisors i.e. CPA, Attorney, etc.
As a seasoned advisor Beth has lived through the extreme fluctuations of the past three decades. These experiences have created a close bond with her clients, and Beth looks forward to future relationships that are mutually rewarding.
In addition, Beth holds the Certified Financial Fiduciary designation and is a member of the Financial Planning Association. She holds degrees from Sam Houston State University in Texas & Oklahoma State University. Beth has served as a complaint investigator/mediator for the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, a college instructor for local community colleges and as Vice President for a community bank. Her passion is her daughter & son, Holly & Harrison. Her goal is to visit every state and as much of the world as possible!
